Gluten. It’s not for everyone. Some tolerate it, some have mild to significant reactions, others suffer from Celiac Disease. If removing gluten from your diet is a goal or interest of yours, this session is for you. Michele and March’s co-presenter, Sheryl Lynn Sochoka, who has a severe gluten intolerance, offer invaluable insight & tips, including how to substitute ingredients, foods with “hidden” gluten, the best brands to use, staying protected, and much more.
