Celebrate Honeybees and the role of all pollinators in the Harvest Season at The Greenhouse Project in Nay Aug Park!

The day kicks off with a Honeybee Costume Parade featuring YOU in costume marching & buzzing behind our Queen Bee! Harvest Demonstrations, Food, Games & Activities for Families, Cool Education Stations, Music by DJ Jason Miller, Raffle Baskets… and more. Tell your friends and we’ll see you on September 20th!

Family-Friendly fun for all ages to enjoy – Held at The Greenhouse Project – 200 Arthur Ave., Scranton
Games, Activities, Food, Music, Education Stations, Harvest Demos, and more!

  • Wear your costume and join the Annual Honeybee Costume Parade
  • See an Old-Fashioned Apple Press in Action – with Gwen Philmeck & Nick Kochis
  • Learn about Honey and Beekeeping – with Beekeeper Casie Gaylets
  • Buzz around and get happy to Music by DJ Jason Miller
  • Take your photo with our Queen Bee, Dani LongLegs (12-2 pm)

Get your costumes ready to and come join our salute to pollinators and the beauty of the harvest. Fly behind our Queen Bee, Dani LongLegs, and the Howard Gardner School Marching Band. Stay around afterwards for photos with The Queen!
