Yoga for runners ( and all other early birds )!
The Greenhouse Project hosts this yoga series geared for runners, skiers, hikers, golfers, bikers, and everyone who wants to strengthen and injury-proof their body. It includes Vinyasa-style yoga practice beginning with a dynamic sequence and moves into sun salutations that link strength-building exercises and yoga, all targeting muscle groups specific to running and many other daily activities. The class ends with a breathing exercise and relaxation to build a body-mind connection.
Please wear layers. Will be held outdoors when possible, due to heat.
$60 for 8 weeks or $8 for drop-ins
