Get Ready for Spring Planting with The Greenhouse Project
Join the Greenhouse Project in welcoming the Penn State Master Gardeners who will lead this seed starting class. Includes take-home seed starting soil, seeds, trays, hands-on instruction and demonstration.
In this family-friendly seed starting workshop, you’ll learn how to grow food from seed at home. Topics include seed selection, soil and containers, planting depth, watering, light and heat, and basic seedling care—plus what to start indoors vs. outdoors. Enjoy hands-on practice, ask questions, and take home a ready-to-grow kit with soil, seeds, and trays.
COST OF COURSE:
$5 per person requested (as Greenhouse Project donation) but not required.
