Yoga can Help release the pain of grief and loss to allow a loving reconnection with your loved one. Breathwork, pranayama, and meditation are beneficial tools to improve your mental and physical health to heal Grief and Trauma. After a gentle asana warm up, practice various breathing techniques to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. Inhaling awareness, exhaling tension.
Donation suggested but NOT required. Drop-ins welcome! Suitable for all levels. Positions can be done on chair (provided) or bring your own mat. Please dress in layers for your comfort.
