Yoga for a Sense of Belonging
with Instructor, Allison LaRussa

4 Sessions: Wednesdays  (5:00 pm)

4-week session in person – hosted by The Greenhouse Project and held at Weston Field Community Room, 982 Providence Avenue, Scranton.

Want to try learning Yoga but were too intimidated to try? Then this class is for you! Enjoy a Gentle Slow Flow Vinyasa guided by Allison LaRussa. Gentle movement with long holding poses for several breaths. Allison will meet you where you are. Ideal for beginners and all levels.
Why take Yoga? To feel better in & about your body. Yoga has been known to reduce stress and depression, improve mindfulness, strength and sleep quality, enhance balance and flexibility. Try it!
COST OF COURSE: $2-3 suggested donation paid on-site at Weston Field.

WHAT YOU’ll NEED:
Just yourself! Dress in layers for comfort. It’s a good idea to bring water or something to hydrate with.
