DESCRIPTION:Instructor: Mindy Hill\nOngoing\nFridays @ 6:00-7:00 am\n\n(In Person at The Greenhouse Project)\n\n\nYoga for runners ( and all other early birds )! \n\nThe Greenhouse Project hosts this yoga series geared for runners\, skiers\, hikers\, golfers\, bikers\, and everyone who wants to strengthen and injury-proof their body. It includes Vinyasa-style yoga practice beginning with a dynamic sequence and moves into sun salutations that link strength-building exercises and yoga\, all targeting muscle groups specific to running and many other daily activities. The class ends with a breathing exercise and relaxation to build a body-mind connection.\n\nPlease wear layers.
