It includes Vinyasa-style yoga practice beginning with a dynamic sequence and moves into sun salutations that link strength-building exercises and yoga\, all targeting muscle groups specific to running and many other daily activities. Go to Keyser Avenue Exit. At end of exit ramp\, turn left onto Keyser Avenue and go 3 miles to traffic light on Bald Mountain Road. Turn right on Bald Mountain Road (old Ransom Road) and go to McDade Park entrance.
