Nestled on 150 acres just north of Carbondale\, Burke’s family farm has grown from a hobby into a cherished establishment surrounded by sweet maple trees. \n\nJoin The Greenhouse Project for a special event and private tour. Explore the beauty of the sugar bush\, marvel at taps in the trees and learn about the Burke family and their sugarin’ process. Follow the enticing aroma to the Sugar Shack\, where the sweet scent of maple fills the air. Make sure to stop at the Maple Stand where for a variety of maple goodies\, including their pure maple syrup\, there to sample and purchase. \nSpace is limited\, so register soon for this private tour & educational demo.\nRegistration Required. Directions & full details provided after registration. \n\nWear sturdy shoes and be prepared for mud & temperature variations!
