Free and open to the community. Participants can gain greater range of motion and balance\, increased strength\, less pain\, reduced stress and anxiety. Yoga can be done on chair (provided) or your mat bring water\, sunglasses. May be inside/outside\, weather dependant.\n\nPlease dress in layers for your comfort. No registration required\, just drop in. No experience or special clothing needed.
