Why is it so hard to change our diet and lifestyle? Why do we hold tight to tradition and have such emotional connections to food? Joining us will be April Rudat\, MS Ed\, RDN\, LDN\, Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Counselor\, and Marlee Stefanelli\, MS\, LPC\, Licensed Professional Counselor.
