DESCRIPTION:Instructor: Heather Solimini\nOngoing: Wednesdays at 5:30 pm\n(at The Greenhouse Project\, Scranton)\n\n\nJoin us for SLOW YOGA FLOW at The Greenhouse Project in Nay Aug Park with green trees and grass\, as we hope for blue skies and white puffy clouds.\nDrop-in Vinyasa style 5:30 pm. $10 donation. We now have Venmo and Paypal.\nWe are slowing it down a bit with Heather Solimini as she leads the way of this breath and movement yoga. Dress in layers and bring your mat and water. Class will be held outdoors when possible. Bring your sunglasses.  Park adjacent to the greenhouse on the right. \n\n\n\nNote:  This is a Drop-In class. No registration required.
