Must have access to a computer or smartphone to connect.\n\nChair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using your chair for support. This practice can improve your flexibility\, concentration and strength\, improve your mood\, reduce stress and relieve joint pain.\n\nIn this online class you will experience a variety of yoga postures\, stretches and strengthening exercises. A majority of work will be done while seated in the chair. You will also be practicing some standing and balancing poses while using the chair for support.
