Sorry\, no pets allowed on these walks.\n\n\n\nTROLLEY TRAIL at KEYSTONE COLLEGE\, La Plume PA\nA Walk through History and Nature – 2 to 3 miles on flat\, natural surface \n\nDIRECTIONS:\nMeet at the Trolley trailhead parking lot on the Keystone College Campus. Traveling west on Route 6 in Clarks Summit\, continue through Dalton to the traffic light at the Keystone Campus entrance in Factoryville (sometimes called LaPlume). Turn left into college. At traffic circle\, take the third road toward the ball fields. Go about 1000 feet and turn right at Christy Mathewson Ballfields sign. Go up hill to wide open area and continue to the right up small dirt road to the trailhead parking lot. There are 4 handicapped spaces and 4 regular spaces. If there is no room in the parking lot\, go back down hill to open area and park along side of the blue building. It has two handicapped spaces and many regular spaces. DESCRIPTION:At Lackawanna State Park\, North Abington Twp\, PA\nWednesday\, August 6\, 2025   (10 am-Noon)\nBeginners Only Class\n\n\n\nJoin us at Lackawanna State Park and try something NEW!  Kayaking is a great way to enjoy nature\, and get a relaxing new view on life. Kayaks\, paddles\, and life jackets provided. Instruction will be provided.  First part of class is on land\, learning about the boat\, paddling techniques\, safety\, etc.  Last part of class will be on the water with your instructor.\n\nYou will bring sunscreen\, water shoes\, and a drink. Must be able to ambulate uneven terrain and lower yourself into and out of the kayak. Tandem kayaks are available by request. We are able to accommodate a limited number of paddlers bringing their own boats\, as well. First registered\, first served.\n\nLimited space. No drop-ins.
