SUMMARY:Kayaking - Learn to Kayak!
DESCRIPTION:At Lackawanna State Park\, North Abington Twp\, PA\nWednesday\, August 6\, 2025   (10 am-Noon)\nBeginners Only Class\n\n\n\nJoin us at Lackawanna State Park and try something NEW!  Kayaking is a great way to enjoy nature\, and get a relaxing new view on life. Kayaks\, paddles\, and life jackets provided. Instruction will be provided.  First part of class is on land\, learning about the boat\, paddling techniques\, safety\, etc.  Last part of class will be on the water with your instructor.\n\nYou will bring sunscreen\, water shoes\, and a drink. Must be able to ambulate uneven terrain and lower yourself into and out of the kayak. Tandem kayaks are available by request. We are able to accommodate a limited number of paddlers bringing their own boats\, as well. First registered\, first served.\n\nLimited space. No drop-ins.
