It includes Vinyasa-style yoga practice beginning with a dynamic sequence and moves into sun salutations that link strength-building exercises and yoga\, all targeting muscle groups specific to running and many other daily activities. The class ends with a breathing exercise and relaxation to build a body-mind connection.\n\nPlease wear layers.
