YOGA for Grief and Stress

Traditional Health and Wellness is offering a “Free” “YOGA for Grief and Stress Relief”, with Mindy Mordan Hill, CYRT certified yoga instructor. Yoga for Grief will be held in Nay Aug Park:
Schimelfenig Pavilion (to the left of the pool on the hill)

YOGA for Grief and Stress Relief with Mindy creates a safe and sacred space to process and explore feelings, thoughts and emotions relating to grief, stress and anxiety.

Come experience the healing benefits of nature while practicing yoga!

Hatha yoga postures are offered to nurture the heart and relieve the physical and emotional manifestations of grieving. Deep breathing, guided meditation and relaxation techniques are taught to help comfort and nurture bodies, minds and spirits.

No experience needed. Low level beginners yoga. Bring a mat or sit in a seat provided. All ages welcome. Free and open to the public.
