Yoga for Grief and Stress Relief

This is a “Free” Yoga for Grief and Stress Relief with Mindy Hill, CYRT certified yoga instructor. Yoga for Grief will be held in Nay Aug’s Greenhouse. (The Greenhouse Project) Sponsored by Traditional Home Health Care.
Yoga for Grief and Stress Relief with Mindy creates a safe and sacred space to process and explore feelings, thoughts and emotions relating to grief, stress and anxiety.
Come experience the healing benefits of nature while practicing yoga!
Hatha yoga postures are offered to nurture the heart and relieve the physical and emotional manifestations of grieving. Deep breathing, guided meditation and relaxation techniques are taught to help comfort and nurture bodies, minds and spirits.
No experience needed. Low level beginners yoga. Bring a mat or sit in a seat provided. All ages welcome. Free and open to the public.
