Have fun and get fit with Dorothy Chow, certified personal fitness trainer!
One hour class set to fun music!
Light stretching, large muscle group mobility, stability, core strengthening exercises, and a cool down period of relaxation and stretching.
Work independently and in groups.
$5 suggested donation.
Attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
