The Greenhouse Project
Body Strength & Conditioning led by Mindy Hill Every Tuesday 5PM.

One hour class set to Music, Twinkle Lights and Laughter.

Stretching, large muscle group mobility, stability
and core strengthening exercises, cool down period of
relaxation. These noncompetitive, self-paced fun physical exercises are often described as laughter, weights & meditation in motion. Bring a mat or borrow one of ours. Attendees are advised to wear comfortable layered clothing, and sneakers, bring a yoga mat, 5 or 10lb weights and a eco-friendly water bottle. Class moves outside. when weather permits.
FREE for those 60 yrs. and above.
$5 Suggested Donation for others but not required. All welcome
